Policies

Room Reservations, deposits and refunds:

Rates are shown per night based on double occupancy. Prices do not include 5.5 % Wisconsin sales tax or 6% Marinette City Room Tax.

A credit card number is needed to reserve your room.  This is not processed unless you should cancel less then 72 hours as described below.  We accept cash and checks.   Now accepting Visa, Mastercharge and Discover for payment.

Check In 4:00 pm or by prior arrangement.

Check Out 11:00 am or by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations that are made more than 72 hours prior to arrival will incur no penalty.  Less than 48- 24 hours notice of cancellation will be charged one-half of the room rate.  Less than 24 hours, one full night will be charged.

Riverside Manor is a non-smoking inn.  Smoking inside the Manor will incur the additional charges to clean the room and the loss of one night occupancy.

Riverside Manor has a no-pet policy as there are Innkeeper's pets including a Great Dane, cat and an African Grey Parrot that reside in the Manor.  While the Great Dane and cat do not have run of the guest areas, the conservatory does contain the parrot and loves to welcome guests.  None of the pets have access to the guest rooms are kept in the innkeeper's quarters.
